(NYSE: STZ and STZ.B) today announced that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard Sands and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Thomas Summer have signed and filed sworn statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") affirming the accuracy and completeness of Company SEC filings, as required by SEC Order No. 4-460. The certifications were submitted in advance of the Company's October 15, 2002 deadline, and cover Constellation's 10-K for fiscal year 2002, its 10-Q for the first quarter of fiscal 2003, its 2002 proxy statement and all 8-K's filed subsequent to the filing of the Form 10-K through the time of filing of the certifications.
