VICTOR, N.Y., Feb. 11, 2020 – Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B), a leading beverage alcohol company, today announced that Nichole Malec has been promoted to Vice President, Public Affairs. As part of her expanded responsibilities, Malec will be lead advocate with elected officials in New York State and take a larger role with representing the company’s interests at the international, federal and state levels, working cross-functionally with all aspects of the business. She will also serve as Constellation’s key point of contact for public affairs issues related to cannabis.

Based in Rochester, N.Y., Malec joined Constellation in 2016 as Director of Public Affairs, and in that role was responsible for supporting and expanding the company’s visibility in public affairs efforts. She will continue to represent Constellation in various trade association and community efforts.
