Jeff Viviano has been promoted to senior vice president, Global Total Rewards, and Dan Towner has been elevated to the role of senior vice president, Global HR Operations.

Viviano has been with Constellation since 2014, joining as vice president, Benefits and Wellness. In 2017, Viviano took on additional global responsibility as vice president, Compensation and Benefits, and has been instrumental in helping Constellation augment its compensation and benefits practices for all levels and geographies of the organization. Additionally, Viviano has been at the forefront of identifying employee-centered solutions to challenges created by the global pandemic.

Towner joined Constellation in 1996 and has held a number of HR leadership roles with increasing levels of responsibility. Most recently, Dan transitioned to a newly formed position as vice president, HR Operations in 2017 and has been a key leader for the HR team as the company worked to managed through a major HR system transition. Towner’s team has also provided key employee insights to help drive employee-centric business and HR program updates.
