June 08, 2026

In April 2026, Constellation Brands entered a new chapter with Nick Fink succeeding Bill Newlands as the fifth President and CEO in the company’s 80-year history.  Since his first day on April 13, Nick has focused on meeting employees, engaging distributors and retailers, connecting with investors, and embedding himself into the company’s long-term growth strategy centered on consumer obsession, iconic brands, and operational excellence. Within two weeks of becoming President and CEO, Nick addressed thousands of employees about his priorities during a company town hall.

“I look forward to being here in Rochester and visiting our other offices, spending time in the field, and working with each of you,” Nick told employees during the town hall. “I think this is a remarkable place to be, and it has remarkable people. I couldn’t imagine a more exciting time.”

Meeting with Retailer and Distributor Partners
During market visits to Miami, Houston, and Dallas, Nick connected with Constellation Brands sales teams, distributor partners, and key on- and off-premise retailers ahead of Cinco de Mayo. During each visit, Nick spent time understanding local market dynamics, including consumer and retailer trends, pricing, marketing, merchandising strategies, the competitive landscape, and discussing potential future growth opportunities.

“It was incredibly valuable to spend time in the market alongside our teams and partners,” said Nick. “Being on the ground together gives us a clearer understanding of real-world dynamics, allows us to address challenges head-on, and ensures we’re fully capturing growth opportunities across our brands.”
