Helping early career talent learn, contribute, and grow is a vital component of Constellation Brands’ culture. Since 2015, Constellation’s internship program has provided interns with experience through meaningful projects, mentorship, and exposure to leaders across the business. This National Intern Day, we're highlighting our summer 2026 intern class and showing how they’re contributing to the success of our business while advancing their personal and professional development.

Gaining Confidence Through Hands-On Experience
Meaningful work is at the heart of the Constellation internship experience, giving them the opportunity to develop professionally while making a real impact. Alexis Jones, an intern with Constellation’s Public Affairs team, has supported legislative and policy initiatives while building meaningful relationships, expanding her understanding of the business, and developing leadership skills that will shape her future career.
“Being trusted with work that supported real business decisions showed me the impact interns can have from day one,” said Alexis. “Most importantly, the people I met and the guidance they have shared have shaped not only how I approach my career but also the kind of teammate and leader I hope to become."

The opportunity to contribute meaningful work while developing professionally extends across every internship function at Constellation. For Marta Vazquez Serra, an intern with the Financial Compliance team, that has meant supporting key financial processes, including compliance activities, tax preparation, supplier onboarding, and invoice management.
“Through working with different teams, meeting new people, and stepping outside of my comfort zone, I have gained confidence, developed new skills, and built meaningful connections across the organization,” said Marta.
Mentorship and Access to Senior Leadership
In addition to contributing to strategic business initiatives focused on reporting platforms and analytics capabilities, Data & Analytics intern Emmanuel Boakye says access to mentorship opportunities and senior leaders has been instrumental in accelerating his professional growth.
“The company actively encourages interns to set up one-on-one meetings with executives across the organization to learn about different job functions,” said Emmanuel. “And what stands out is how genuinely willing leaders are to make that time for us.”

Owen Cavo, an intern with the Corporate Development and Strategy team, agrees that access to mentorship and networking opportunities created through Constellation’s intern program has supported his professional growth.
“Constellation's commitment to intern development through mentorship, networking events, and supportive managers has provided an exceptional learning experience,” said Owen. “The guidance and encouragement I've received from my mentors, managers, and peers have made this a truly impactful experience for my professional and career development."
Connecting with Colleagues Across the Company
In addition to contributing to Constellation's success, interns create meaningful connections with fellow interns and employees throughout Constellation, becoming part of a broader community that encourages learning, collaboration, and growth.
Cat Zhang, an intern with Constellation’s Talent Development team, has gained hands-on experience supporting employee learning and development initiatives, helping create programs, tools, and feedback mechanisms that foster employee growth and a culture of continuous learning.
"This internship has given me valuable hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of how people and culture drive success,” said Cat. “The advice, experiences, and opportunities I have received have been transformative, and I know I will carry them with me throughout my career."

Beyond their day-to-day work, interns become fully immersed in Constellation's culture through a variety of employee engagement events and experiences. Each summer, interns participate in activities designed to strengthen relationships with their peers, managers, and colleagues, while gaining a deeper appreciation for the company's culture.
This summer, interns had plenty of opportunities to connect beyond the workplace, from a Chicago Cubs game at Wrigley Field and in-office events, to a golf tournament in Rochester, and a special appearance by a Modelo-sponsored race car at our headquarters.
Putting Their Learning into Action
The internship experience culminates with Constellation’s Action Learning Project, a capstone initiative that gives interns the opportunity to apply their summer learning to a real business challenge. Working cross-functionally and collaborating with colleagues from across the organization, interns develop and present recommendations to company leaders.
The project gives interns a meaningful way to apply their skills, share fresh ideas, and showcase their potential. It’s a strong finish to a summer of growth, connection, and confidence—helping prepare them for future success at Constellation and beyond.
