VICTOR, N.Y., June 6, 2023 – Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ), a leading beverage alcohol company, announced the appointment of Kirk Santos as Senior Vice President, Global Talent. Kirk will lead Constellation’s newly created end-to-end Global Talent function, responsible for enhancing the company’s talent attraction and retention strategy that is aligned to Constellation’s STZ 2030 strategy and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives; he will also manage the company’s Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience teams.
Santos brings significant HR experience in leading teams and initiatives in talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, talent and succession planning, performance management, employee experience, and DEI. Most recently, Kirk served in a dual role as Global VP of Talent Management and VP of HR, Financial Services at Pitney Bowes, a global shipping and mailing company with more than 12,000 employees, where he led his team to implement talent solutions that garnered industry awards tied to business results. Prior to that, Kirk was Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development for the North America Beverages unit at PepsiCo and has also held various leadership roles at IBM, Caesars Entertainment, and L’Oreal.

Santos earned his Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from Baruch College and his Master’s in Strategic Management and Human Resources from Long Island University in Brooklyn.
