Describe your favorite thing about working at Constellation. One of my favorite things about working at Constellation is the focus on work/life balance. Constellation has built programs that enhance your life both professionally and personally, particularly with the Total Rewards program. A few examples include the FlexAbility program and the Maternity/Paternity Leave. It is great to work for an organization that cares about their employees in all aspects of their life.
What has had the biggest impact on your Constellation career? My colleagues and managers have had the biggest impact on my career at Constellation. Having started at Constellation right out of college, my coworkers and managers have assisted me along the way in developing business and technical skills within the organization, and ensuring that I am able to take advantage of opportunities to develop my knowledge of the business itself.
What career advice would you give someone new to Constellation? I would encourage them to take advantage of the development opportunities that Constellation offers. There is a wide variety of programs for employees at all levels that will help them grow in their careers.
What is most rewarding about working for Constellation? It is rewarding to work for a company that not only delivers quality products to their customers, but really strives to make an impact outside the organization with social responsibility programs like Nourishing Neighbors, Employee Match Day, and our general focus on sustainability.
