Constellation Brands to Hold Institutional Investor Meeting May 18, 2011 in New York City

VICTOR, N.Y., Feb. 9, 2011 - Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ), the world's leading premium wine company, announced today that it will hold its institutional investor meeting Wednesday, May 18, in New York City at The TimesCenter, located at 242 West 41^st Street (Times Square). Following the meeting, a formal wine tasting and reception will be held.

Presentations, which will begin at 1 p.m. EST, will be made by Rob Sands, president and chief executive officer; Bob Ryder, chief financial officer; Jay Wright, president, Constellation Wines North America and Bill Hackett, president, Crown Imports. The formal wine tasting event will feature well-known brands from the company's portfolio of products. The tasting will be hosted by Genevieve Janssens, director of Winemaking from the Robert Mondavi Winery and Wine Enthusiast 2010 Wine Star "Winemaker of the Year"; Steve Reeder, winemaker from Simi Winery and Janet Meyers, winemaker from Franciscan Winery. The day's events are expected to conclude by 5:30 p.m.
