SVP, Commercial and Category Development
Julie Francis is Constellation’s senior vice president, Commercial and Category Development reporting to Bill Newlands, chief operating officer. In this role, Julie leverages Constellation’s unique position across beer, wine and spirits to develop and deploy plans that bring multi-category perspective and capabilities to national accounts, thereby bringing value to businesses as well as their shoppers. She also leads Constellation’s total beverage alcohol (TBA) Growth platform, working with sales and category teams on how to best capitalize on TBA opportunities to drive profitable growth.

Before joining Constellation Brands in June 2017, Julie accrued more than 20 years of broad-based sales, marketing, strategy, operations and general management experience. She joined Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) in 1995, holding a number of leadership positions during her tenure, including area vice president; Midwest business unit vice president and general manager; vice president of sales and marketing for North America; and most recently, the Chief Commercial Officer for Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR), a +$20 billion subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company. In 2016, Julie became a director for Nottingham Spirk, a premier business innovation and product design firm that has helped to bring more than 1,000 patent-protected products to market.
