Jared Fix is Constellation’s senior vice president, chief growth officer reporting to Bill Newlands, chief operating officer. Jared has responsibility across both the Beer and Wine & Spirits divisions for driving the growth agenda. This includes strengthening and aligning both resources and investments behind corporate strategy and business development, accelerating innovation and new product development efforts, leveraging strategic insights and customer analytics, and identifying synergies within channel management.

Jared joined Constellation in 2015 as senior vice president, chief marketing officer of the Wine + Spirits Division, where he was focused on creating brand-building capabilities capacity for our leading wine and spirits portfolio. Before joining Constellation Brands, Jared was the vice president and general manager of the Mixables category business team for Beam Suntory, Inc. In this role, he led the tequila, vodka, rum, ready-to-serve and cordials businesses for the U.S. and Mexican markets. Jared focused on brand transformations and category turnarounds. He also served as vice president of strategy and business development for North America, where he was responsible for revenue management. Prior to Beam, Jared was an engagement manager for McKinsey & Company, leading project teams for global consumer products and retail clients addressing strategy, marketing, sales and organization topics. Jared also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army for five years.
