Ms. Hauswald has been a managing partner of Solo Management Group, LLC, a corporate finance and investment management consulting company, since September 1998. From 1987 to her retirement in 1998, Ms. Hauswald was employed by The Seagram Company Ltd., a beverage and entertainment/communications company, where she served in various positions, including Vice President Human Resources from 1990 to 1993 and Vice President and Treasurer from 1993 to 1998. Ms. Hauswald served on the board of directors of Thomas & Betts Corporation from 1993 to 2012 and has not served as a director of any other public company during the past five years. Ms. Hauswald brings to the board extensive experience in the areas of human resource management and corporate finance, as well as substantive knowledge of the international beverage alcohol industry.
