Mr. Fromberg was most recently employed as Chief Financial Officer of Goodman Networks, Inc., a telecommunications services company, from March 2010 through May 2010. Mr. Fromberg served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dean Foods Company, a food and beverage company, from 1998 until 2006. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Fromberg served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of a subsidiary of Paging Network, Inc., a provider of wireless communications services, and from 1993 to 1995 he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Paging Network, Inc. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Simmons Communications, Inc., a cable television operator, from 1987 to 1993. He is a certified public accountant. Mr. Fromberg has not served as a director of any other public company during the past five years. Mr. Fromberg brings to the board extensive accounting, audit and financial reporting expertise, having served as chief financial officer of a public corporation as well as having held senior financial and leadership roles at a variety of public and private corporations over the course of his career.
