Thomas "Tom" Kane joined the company in May 2013 as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Prior to joining Constellation Brands, Mr. Kane served as senior vice president, Human Resources and Government Relations for Armstrong World Industries' flooring and ceiling business. Mr. Kane has experience in multiple global businesses in a range of industries from industrial products to government services to consumer hard goods. He has also worked in various human resources leadership roles at Black & Decker Power Tools, General Electric and Martin Marietta.
