Pacific Wine Partners Completes Acquisition of Blackstone

FAIRPORT, N.Y., Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B) announced today that Pacific Wine Partners LLC completed the purchase of certain assets of Blackstone Winery. Assets acquired include the Blackstone brand and the Codera wine business, located in Sonoma County. This acquisition strengthens Pacific Wine Partners position as a major player in the premium wine market.

Pacific Wine Parnters is a joint venture equally owned by Constellation and BRL Hardy Limited.
