Constellation Brands Unifies Businesses Under One Name; Unveils Refreshed Logo

VICTOR, N.Y., June 13, 2012 – Constellation Brands, Inc., the world’s leading premium wine company, announced today that it has aligned its operating companies in the U.S., Canada and New Zealand under the name “Constellation Brands” to better reflect its strategy to move to a more unified organization. The company also refreshed its logo to create a more modern look.

“With a vision to elevate life with every glass raised, we’re proud that our wines and spirits provide people with an opportunity to enjoy life a little more; celebrate small moments; and make occasions more special,” said Rob Sands, president and chief executive officer of Constellation Brands. “This new, more consistent, company identity allows us to better communicate our collective passion and commitment to building brands that people love.”

The refreshed logo builds on the brand equity of Constellation’s shooting star icon and color palette and now includes the full “Constellation Brands” name. The company identity is now more reflective of Constellation’s status as the number one premium wine company in the world, focused on driving profitable organic growth.
