VICTOR, N.Y., May 5, 2016 – Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B), a leading beverage alcohol company, will have company representatives ring the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) Closing Bell® today, May 5, 2016, in honor of Cinco de Mayo. He will be joined by Jim O’Neil, senior vice president, east business unit and Patty Yahn-Urlaub, vice president of investor relations.

“We’re honored to continue the tradition of ringing the closing bell on Cinco de Mayo, while highlighting two of the hottest brands in the beer industry: Corona Extra and Modelo Especial,” said Klein. “This will be our sixth year of kicking off our key summer selling season for our beer business at the NYSE. We’re excited to have a number of great programs designed to keep the momentum going all summer long, including advertisement for Corona Extra cans around Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day, and national Spanish language TV and digital ads for Modelo Especial this summer and throughout the year.”

With Corona Extra as the No. 1 imported beer in the U.S., Corona Light as the No.1 imported light beer in the U.S., and Modelo Especial as the fastest-growing major beer brand in America, our Mexican beer portfolio has helped position Constellation Brands as the No.1 multi-category supplier of beverage alcohol in the U.S.
