~Company provides two-to-one match for employee donations American Red Cross relief efforts~

VICTOR, N.Y., Nov. 8, 2012 - Constellation Brands, Inc. (CBI), (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B), the world's leading premium wine company, announced today it will match employee donations two-to-one, up to $100,000, to the American Red Cross (ARC) in support of Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.  CBI is also encouraging its employees across the U.S. to participate in local blood drives as there is a shortage of donated blood in the areas impacted by last week's super storm.

"Over a dozen CBI employees and many of our business partners in the New York City and New Jersey area have suffered various levels of hardship as a result of this historic storm," said Rob Sands, president and chief executive officer, CBI. "Our employees shared the pain of power loss, property damage and other normal-life inconveniences along with our neighbors and business partners in the hard-hit communities. In true Constellation Brands fashion, our people stepped up to ensure that the affected employees were safe and provided them with food and shelter. Our thoughts are with all the people throughout the Northeast that have been impacted by this natural disaster."

In the Greater Rochester, N.Y. area, CBI has also teamed up with Rochester General Hospital, InterVol, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving people through the recovery and redistribution of medical supplies and Sea Breeze Volunteer Fire Department. Employees can donate non-perishable food, clothing, water, toiletries, diapers and baby formula food, which will be transported to those people impacted in Staten Island and Brooklyn.
