Since Constellation's founding, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has shaped how we conduct business and how we participate in the communities in which we live and work. Reflecting the principles, priorities and values exemplified by company founder Marvin Sands and his family, our CSR efforts are focused on improving the health and well-being of the people and the environment at each of our business locations around the world. We believe that Constellation’s long-term success is tied directly to our ability to make a positive difference serving the needs of our communities.


Constellation’s CSR platform rests on three pillars: Sustainability, Giving and Social Responsibility. Within each of these areas, we have identified specific categories of emphasis, including our environmental impact, corporate giving, safe drinking practices, community involvement and much more.


Rob Sands, Constellation Brands president and chief executive officer, champions the organization’s global CSR efforts, providing strategic leadership and vision. A CSR steering committee consisting of employees from a variety of functional areas and diverse geographies across the company ensures that our CSR initiatives are assessed, implemented and managed in direct alignment with the company’s vision, mission and values.
