Assets acquired include the Blackstone brand and the Codera wine business, located in Sonoma County. This acquisition strengthens Pacific Wine Partners position as a major player in the premium wine market.

Pacific Wine Parnters is a joint venture equally owned by Constellation and BRL Hardy Limited.
