Constellation Brands to Hold Institutional Investor Meeting June 5, 2013 in New York City

VICTOR, N.Y., May 2, 2013 - Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B), announced today that it will hold its institutional investor meeting Wed., June 5, in New York City at the AXA Equitable Center, located at 787 Seventh Avenue.

Presentations, which will begin at 1 p.m. EST, will be made by Rob Sands, president and chief executive officer; Bob Ryder, chief financial officer and other members of the Constellation and Crown Management Teams. The presentations are expected to cover the company's strategic business activities, financial and operational performance and outlook for the future, and will be followed by a cocktail reception. The day's events are expected to conclude by 6 p.m.
