Constellation Brands Rings in Cinco de Mayo at New York Stock Exchange

~Ceremony officially kicks off beer key summer selling season~

VICTOR, N.Y., May 1, 2014 - Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B), a leading beverage alcohol company, announced today that company representatives will ring the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange on May 5, 2014 in honor of Cinco de Mayo. Constellation's Chief Financial Officer, Bob Ryder will push the button and hit the gavel that closes the day's activities on the trading floor. He will be joined by representatives of Constellation's Beer Division including Jim O'Neil, senior vice president of the East Business Unit, and local wholesaler, Manhattan Beer.

"Cinco de Mayo heralds the start of summer, the biggest selling season of the year for our Mexican beer portfolio and we are very excited to start the party by ringing the closing bell at the NYSE," said Ryder. This is the first Cinco holiday celebration since Constellation acquired full ownership of the remaining half of the Crown Imports joint venture, perpetual rights in the U.S. for the Grupo Modelo portfolio and the Nava, Mexico brewery.
