CONSTELLATION BRANDS APPOINTS BILL RENSPIE TO NEWLY CREATED ROLE OF CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER, BEER DIVISION

CHICAGO, April 14, 2020 – Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B), a leading beverage alcohol company, announced today that it has appointed Bill Renspie to the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer for the Beer Division. In this expanded role, Bill will continue to drive execution of the Beer Division commercial plans through Beer and Total Beverage Alcohol (TBA) National Accounts Sales functions, while also taking ownership of key strategic and customer relationship management initiatives. Renspie continues to serve as a valuable member of the Beer Leadership Team, reporting to Paul Hetterich, President of the Beer Division.
