Canandaigua, NY, January 12, 2000 -- Mike Jaeger has joined Canandaigua Wine Company as Group President of Table Wines. This appointment completes the Company’s management team reporting to President and CEO, Jon Moramarco.
Mr. Jaeger brings over 15 years of diverse experience in consumer packaged goods marketing. He has been with Sutter Home Winery where he was responsible for the marketing and strategic direction of their five table wine brands, non-alcohol wine, and food product lines. Before joining Sutter Home Winery, Mr. Jaeger was responsible for leading the development of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons’ California wine portfolio.

The Table Wine Group under Mr. Jaeger’s direction will be moving from Canandaigua, New York to California by August 2000. Canandaigua Wine Company will select a location accessible to their six California wineries.
