Constellation Wines North America 

Constellation Wines North America is comprised of Constellation Wines U.S. and Vincor Canada., which are responsible for producing, marketing and selling wine, spirits and specialty beverages in the U.S. and Canada respectively.

 

The Constellation Wines U.S. portfolio includes many leading consumer-preferred U.S. wine brands, including: Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi, Clos du Bois, Robert Mondavi Private Selection, Ravenswood, Blackstone, Toasted Head, Franciscan Estate, Robert Mondavi Winery, Simi, Estancia, Arbor Mist and Ravenswood. Also included in the portfolio are spirits brands SVEDKA Vodka, Black Velvet Canadian Whisky and Paul Masson Grande Amber Brandy.

Constellation Wines U.S. in headquartered in Canandaigua, New York, and has offices in San Francisco and St. Helena, California.

 

Vincor’s well-known Canadian wine portfolio includes Inniskillin, Jackson-Triggs, Sawmill Creek and Le Clos Jordanne. Vincor also operates 165 Wine Rack retail stores in Ontario, Canada, and produces popular Ready to Drink brands such as Growers Cider and Vex. Vincor Canada is headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario.

Constellation International includes Constellation New Zealand, Constellation Wines Australia, Constellation Europe and Constellation Wines International.

 

Constellation New Zealand’s portfolio of brands includes Kim Crawford, Nobilo and Monkey Bay. It is headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand. 

 

Popular brands in Constellation Australia’s portfolio include Hardys, Banrock Station and Alice White. It is headquartered in Reynella, Australia.

 

Echo Falls and Stowells are just a few of the strong brands produced and marketed Constellation Europe, which is headquartered in Guildford, United Kingdom.

 

Constellation International is responsible for selling and marketing Constellation’s brands outside our main geographies.

 

Crown Imports LLC

Crown Imports LLC, a 50/50 joint venture with Grupo Modelo, imports a strong portfolio of premium beers into the U.S. Crown Imports’ portfolio of brands includes Corona Extra, Corona Light, Modelo Especial, Negra Modelo, Pacifico, St. Pauli Girl, Tsingtao and Victoria.
