Vincor Canada
The
Vincor story began in 1874 with
the establishment of the Niagara Falls Wine Company. By 2006, Vincor had become one of the top 10
wine companies in the world, with production throughout Canada and in California, Washington,
Western Australia and New Zealand. Vincor also operates 165 Wine Rack retail stores in
Ontario, Canada, and the second largest refreshment/alcohol cooler business in Canada, with brands
such as Vex, Growers Cider, and Canada Cooler.
In June, 2006, Vincor became part of the Constellation family, thereby adding Canada as
a fifth core market. Vincor’s well-known wine portfolio was an excellent fit within
Constellation’s existing portfolio and includes Inniskillin, Jackson-Triggs, Sumac
Ridge Estate Winery and Le Clos Jordanne.
